Every single day in Germany an area of 129 ha / 3 acres is consumed, this equals 82 soccer-fields. The pressure on the resource "Land" is rising". A reuse of sites which have lost their use like abandoned industrial sites, military installations, traffic way lays at hand. The development of industrial and urban sites in our changing times is very important for communities, investors and the economy.

The people become aware of this problem!

Remediation of sites becomes more and more important because the abandoned sites are very often in the towncenter and have full infrastructure access. They can be reused in an unlimited way.
